Casual | Ritual Circle is an informal gathering for those interested in connecting through conversation, spirituality, and self-development.
We meet every other Thursday, rotating between the experiences as “casual” and “ritual”. During the “Casual” experience, we are in a feminine flow practice, where we gather and share based on spirit-led group prompts or themes. Sometimes there is guided meditation, journal prompts, workshops, or sharing - but mostly, we come to connect, to release, to support one another.

Altar Work 101
This circle experience allows us to come together to learn more about the technology of altar work. We will begin with meditation, and transition into sharing about altar work and how to anchor into this ritual in your everyday life. We will then share about the items we brought and write affirmations for the spring equinox.
What to Bring:
- Please bring 1-2 items that represent EACH the following:
HEART: Bring an item to represent YOU, the “I am”
FIRE: Bring an item to represent your power, will, strength, beginnings
EARTH: Bring an item to represent the physical body
WATER: Bring an item to represent the emotional realm
AIR: Bring an item to represent the great mystery, the unknown, the possibility of your dreams
- I also recommend bringing a journal for this circle.
- There will be some floor sitting, so bring what makes you feel comfortable.
As always, when we gather in circle, we recognize these truths:
+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
