Non-Linear Movement Method®
The Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM®) is a powerful somatic modality developed by Michaela Boehm.
By establishing a container for you to re-sensitize to your inner landscape, NLMM® encourages connection, trust, and intimacy between mind, body, and soul. A place where you can remain curious about your sensations will allow you to access the natural genius of the body.
With this gentle, non-force method - stored tension, emotion, as well as programmed coping patterns can be loosened; and as the body moves it can facilitate its own release and restoration.
NLMM® is a gentle, unburdening of the nervous system and skill to deepen the sensitization to your inner, intuitive world.

Chakra Spin
Chakra Spin – where movement becomes meditation, and your journey is a testament to the unwavering power of the feminine spirit.
In this movement circle, we invite balance into our systems and explore the depths of our energy. The first half of the practice uses high-energy pop music to bring the body online and release the tension and stress of daily life, while the second half asks us to deepen our introspection through the healing power of Non-Linear Movement Method®.
Chakra Spin is a celebration of femininity, self-expression, and self-discovery. It offers a safe and inclusive space for women of all backgrounds to embrace their bodies, unleash their unique expression, and reconnect with their inner power.

ReWilding Circle
The ReWilding Cicle is a portal to empowerment, through which we explore the facets of feminine energy.
Each of us has native, embodied wisdom—a wild, untamed, undomesticated body-mind and heart that knows what is true for us. This looks and feels different for each woman, and no two are ever alike.
The ReWilding Circle is a container to reclaim our sensual aliveness, our innate power, and to embody our natural healer and inner mystic, the Wild Woman.
These Circles are open to all individuals who identify as women or align with the experience of women, including trans women and non-binary individuals who feel connected to this space.
