ReWILD: a Movement Meditation
Thursday, March 27th 6:30pm (75 min) - New Albany Session
ReWILD is a movement meditation where we explore somatic processing through the rhythms and sensations of the body. Through movement, we activate our central channel, fostering harmony within our nervous system, and tapping into the power of our body’s innate wisdom.
This signature method begins with the captivating rhythms of contemporary music, guiding us into an intuitive dance session. Here, you’ll have the freedom to channel and release your energy while embracing the untamed, authentic expression of your being. Feel the rhythm pulse through you, clearing stagnant energy and liberating you from the constraints of daily life.
But that's just the beginning.
After an invigorating dance experience, we weave in the art of Non-Linear Movement Method® (NLMM), a guided approach designed to take you deeper into the wilderness of self-discovery. Together, we’ll explore organic movement and fluidity, reconnecting to the uncharted pathways of your body. We’ll close with a restful integration period to allow the shifts you’ve ignited to settle into your body.
In this practice, we leave the mind behind and listen to the whispers of the body. By slowing down and surrendering, we cultivate presence, deepening our connection to our true nature and our experiences.
ReWILD is a celebration of femininity, freedom, self-expression, and the journey back to our wild selves. It offers a safe, inclusive space for women of all backgrounds to honor their bodies, unleash their unique expression, and reconnect with their inner power and wisdom.
No experience is necessary—come as you are, and let your body and sou be free.
