Casual | Ritual Circle is an informal gathering for those interested in connecting through conversation, spirituality, and self-development.

We meet every other Thursday, rotating between the experiences as “casual” and “ritual”. During the “Casual” experience, we are in a feminine flow practice, where we gather and share based on spirit-led group prompts or themes. Sometimes there is guided meditation, journal prompts, workshops, or sharing - but mostly, we come to connect, to release, to support one another.

Casual | Ritual Circle: The Sacred Art of Automatic Writing

Thursday, July 27, 7:00pm-8:30pm (Please note, it is not our usual Circle time!)

This circle experience will focus on guided meditation and an automatic writing process. We will begin with a guided meditation to ground and open ourselves. Then we will move through a couple of techniques to support a journey of automatic writing.

Lastly, we will foster deeper connections as we share our vulnerability and individual insights.

What to Bring:

• Come casual, as you are. Feel free to bring any blankets or pillows just to keep the vibes cozy.

• Journal and something to write with

• Your favorite card deck

As always, when we gather in Circle, we recognize these truths:

+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.

+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.

+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to be present with each other’s lived experiences.

+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
