Likely you've experienced the healing benefits of plants in your diet, or by using medicinal herbs, teas or tinctures. Maybe you consume fungi superfoods such as lion's mane or reishi. Perhaps you've used topical oils with flower qualities such as lavender or rose. All of these are beautiful ways to work with plants in the physical realm. AND! We can connect and work with plants in the intuitive, psychic realm as well. Just as you might connect with an animal ally in spirit, you can connect with the spirit of the plant in the same way. With open communication to and from the plant spirit, we have with us, always, the entire plant, herb, and fungi kingdom, available to us for support, wisdom, health, and healing.
