Guest practitioner, Jenn Howard of Gaia Heals, will lead us through a 90-minute workshop designed to enhance our understanding of our cyclic nature. This workshop is open to all those identifying as female, menstruating or not.

Our Sacred Moon Cycle
We are WILD, We are ANCIENT, We are FIERCE
It’s time to breathe life back into our cyclical nature, into our sacred menstrual cycles; back into the Maiden, Mother, Enchantress, and Crone goddesses who live inside each of us. In this workshop, we will look at what it means to be a womxn and how we can harness the innate wisdom that exists in our menstrual cycles. We will learn how each week is a unique experience and connects us to the moon, the seasons of Earth, the elements, goddess archetypes, and more. We will discuss how our menstrual cycles affect our physical systems, our emotions, our communication, our social tendencies, and our creative projects, and how we can empower ourselves to best navigate the ebbs and flows of these experiences.
Let’s together re-learn what our ancient mothers knew and what was lost to us after generations of patriarchal rule and linear living. Let’s delve into the archetypal goddesses that live inside of us and let them lead us through the journey of understanding what it is to flow with the natural rhythms of our body. This alchemical evening will include a guided meditation and an in-depth discussion on how to reconnect with the sacred rhythms of our menstrual cycles. Participants can expect to learn real-world applications for adjusting their monthly schedules to best match the energy of each week.
