Join us for Casual | Ritual Circle, where we gather every other Thursday to foster connections through conversation, spirituality, and personal growth. We rotate between “Casual” Circles and “Ritual” Experiences.

In our 'Casual' sessions, we flow more intuitively, allowing space for shared insights and organic conversation based on group prompts or themes, in contrast to the more structured frameworks of our 'Ritual' experiences.

In the quiet spaces between words, we often hear the deepest truths about ourselves. Conscious Connection is an invitation to pause, gather, share, and witness in the company of a supportive circle of women. Each gathering explores a new theme, and this time, we’ll dive into the powerful topic of Self-Worth.

This isn’t about checking boxes or perfect answers. It’s about allowing ourselves to be fully seen and heard, without judgment. It's about reconnecting with our inherent worth, even in the moments when we forget it.

Here, we’ll hold space for the messy, beautiful, complex nature of being human—without the pressure to perform or measure up.

What to Expect:

• A Space to Simply Be:
  This circle is about honoring who you are in this moment, without expectation or comparison. You’ll be invited to share and listen deeply, knowing that each story, each experience, adds something sacred to the collective wisdom of the group.

• Real, Vulnerable Conversation:
  Through intimate paired conversations and group discussions, we’ll reflect on the personal experiences that have shaped our understanding of self-worth. Together, we’ll ask questions like:

  • How do you define your worth?

  • What experiences from your past have shaped the way you see yourself?

  • How can we show up for each other and support one another in remembering our value?

Why Join?

TThis circle isn’t about striving for approval or measuring up. It’s about remembering the truth of who we are. When we allow ourselves to be seen and truly heard, something within us shifts. And in the presence of each other, we are gently reminded of our own inherent worth.

Space is limited to maintain the intimacy of the circle. If you feel called to join, please register ahead of time to reserve your spot.
This Circle centers the experience of women. It is open to all individuals who identify as women or align with the experience of women, including trans women and non-binary individuals who feel connected to this space.

As always, when we gather in our circle, we recognize these truths:

+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
