Casual | Ritual is an informal gathering for those interested in connecting through conversation, spirituality, and self-development.

We meet every other Thursday, rotating between the experiences as “casual” and “ritual”. During the “Casual” experience, we are in a feminine flow practice, where we gather and share based on spirit-led group prompts.

Sometimes there is guided meditation, journal prompts, or sharing - but mostly, we come to connect, to release, to support one another.

When we gather, we recognize these truths:

+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.

This is a FREE event. If you feel called to join, tonight we meet at 6:30-8:00 pm at KOZY on Pearl Street in New Albany. Come Casual. Come as you are.
