Casual | Ritual Circle offers an informal setting for individuals keen on fostering connections through conversation, spirituality, and self-development.
We convene every other Thursday, alternating between the 'Casual' and 'Ritual' experiences. During the 'Casual' sessions, we engage in a feminine flow practice, gathering to share insights based on group prompts or themes.
October Casual Circle:
Bitter Tea Ceremony: Exploring Anger
Join us for a Bitter Tea Ceremony, a unique women's circle dedicated to exploring and expressing the depths of anger, frustration, and rage. This 90-minute gathering offers a sacred space to “spill the tea” on what’s been weighing heavily on your heart and mind.
We begin with a symbolic tea ritual, and through a guided sharing circle and somatic movement practices, we’ll release and process these powerful feelings together.
Experience a supportive community where your emotions are honored, and discover the healing power of collective expression. Embrace this opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and step into a space of greater clarity and release.
What to Bring:
- Please bring a journal & something to write with
- Please bring a mat, blanket, or anything that makes you feel comfortable for floor sitting/lying.
-Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in as we explore somatic practices
As always, when we gather in circle, we recognize these truths:
+ This is a soul group divinely guided to honor and bear witness to each other inside a safe, sacred container.
+ Intimacy is created through our shared courage and vulnerability to allow ourselves to be fully seen.
+ We release the instinct to fix and problem solve, but instead to simply be present with each other’s lived experiences.
+ We recognize that when people gather in sacred space, group healing will always take place, no matter if we are conscious of it.
This event is $10. Please RSVP here
If you feel called to join, we meet at 6:30-8:00 pm at KOZY on Pearl Street in New Albany. Come Casual. Come as you are.
