Aura-Soma Soul Messages serve as a mirror, reflecting your energetic being and bringing the unconscious to light. Through the resonance of color and its language, Erica will guide you through soul-led messages that support you in aligning with your highest potential.
During this session, you will trust your intuition to select four equilibrium bottles. The colors you are drawn to are the keys to greater awareness and self-understanding. Together, we will review your energetic selection and explore its meaning in the context of where you are now and where you are headed.
Additionally, we will take the session a step further and examine the color matrix - what is hidden within your selection - as a way to look at the energetic themes for the new year!

For this special New Year’s pop-up, Kelley will connect with your energy and create the painting prior to your session. During your 30-minute session, you’ll be introduced to the artwork and receive the messages channeled during the painting process. Each session is designed to help you step into the new year with a conscious, aligned perspective.

In our mini-sessions, we will be intuitively led, using the cues from your energy body to navigate us to areas needing release, balance and healing. We'll take a look at and discuss your chakras, meridians, auric layers and more. These sessions are designed to locate and release energy blocks within the body and can have profoundly positive influence on your physical health as well as your mental and spiritual well being.
What to expect: You’ll be invited to lie back comfortably on our massage table with pillows, blankets, and eye covers (all optional). Your session will include a mix of discussion, channeled messages, and silence to afford you relaxation during the energy clearing. With your session, you'll receive a take-home chart illustrating our session findings within your energy body, as well as an email from Jenn Howard with additional information about the corresponding energy medicine exercise she has suggested. After the session, take it easy and drink lots of water.
